Almasanta strives for customer satisfaction and therefore accepts exchanges within 14 days of receipt of order. The order will be pick up in the same shipping address. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels attached. If the product does not meet our criteria, the item will be returned to the customer.

The goods must be returned in the same package. All changes will be made using the same original shipping service (DHL, UPS or local couriers). We reserve the right not to accept returns.

Please be aware that changes are not accepted in lingerie products.

We can only accept exchanges from the original shipping address.

As part of the almasanta customer satisfaction promise, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund. In order to receive your refund, products must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and labels attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be eligible for a refund. All items purchased at full price are eligible for free returns.

Returns are easy. Simply return the item within 14 days of receipt with the return number. Send an e-mail to or call (+34) 93 541 62 42 , and we will schedule the pick up. Please note that we can only pick items up from the same address it was shipped to.

Refunds take a few days to process. Once we receive the return request, we inspect the item(s) and ensure that the item(s) is in perfect condition. We will send an email indicating that we will process/reject the refund request. Refunds vary, and are determined by your credit card/issuing bank (we estimate 7 working days). Almasanta will not refund import taxes and custom duties.
